BDO USA seeks a Contracts and Compliance Senior Manager to lead the full lifecycle management of government contracts and grants, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, and GSA requirements, including MAS and GWAC/IDIQ vehicles in coordination with the OGC. The role also handles NDA reviews, teaming agreements and subcontracts, and monitors certifications and representations across the organization.

Responsabilités

• Evaluates and recommends contract and grant vehicles based on growth strategy, risk and compliance implications
• Oversees preparation of contractual and grant documentation to support submissions
• Monitors compliance with ongoing reporting, renewal, and administrative requirements of active vehicles
• Coordinates NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts with Legal
• Reviews RFPs/RFIs/RFQs for compliance and coordinates with OGC for legal review
• Develops business responses to proposals, including terms, representations, and certifications
• Analyzes key clauses (FAR, DFARS, GSA) and provides compliance assessments to stakeholders
• Serves as liaison with government contracting officers during the proposal phase
• Partners with OGC and leadership on strategic terms and compliance considerations
• Supports post-award compliance, contract modifications, and closeout
• Develops internal policies to align with FAR/DFARS/GSA requirements and conducts audits
• Builds relationships across functions to support operations and compliance
• Reports on contracts and compliance metrics to senior leadership
• Leads process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risk
• Supports due diligence for acquisitions or partnerships
• Performs other duties to support corporate goals
