Leonardo DRS, Inc. is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to join our Land Systems team.

This full-time role based at Bridgeton, MO offers in-person or remote schedule and focuses on managing the lifecycle of Government and Commercial contracts, including proposals, negotiations, and ongoing administration. You will guide Integrated Product Teams, ensure compliance with government specifications, and support export controls, pricing data, and contractual risk management across varied

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience administering Prime US Government contracts or commercial contracts.
• Strong understanding of contract and PO terms and conditions.
• Knowledge of government contracting processes (sole source and competitive procurements).
• Knowledge of contract types (FFP, CPFF, CPIF, T&M, IDIQ).
• Advanced IP/software and data rights clauses knowledge.
• Knowledge of bidding, cost analysis, and price evaluations.
• Experience with subcontract flow-downs, change management, and close-out.
• Ability to draft, negotiate, and review contracts and agreements.

• Administer and monitor contract performance on major government contracts.
• Negotiate and administer agreements with customers/subcontractors.
• Review solicitation terms and amendments for potential issues.
• Provide contractual advice to program and operations managers.
• Support export license applications.
• Prepare contract documents and documentation packages.
• Monitor contract performance and cost controls for compliance.
• Develop teaming agreements and MOUs when needed.
• Maintain internal and external customer relations.
