Job summary

Leonardo DRS Land Systems is seeking a full-time Senior Contracts Administrator. Based at our Bridgeton, MO facility with in-person or remote options, you will manage the full lifecycle of Government and Commercial contracts, including proposals and negotiations, ensuring compliance with company policies and government specifications.

You will provide strategic contract guidance to IPTs, respond to inquiries, monitor performance, handle pricing data, and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience administering Prime US Government contracts, FMS contracts, and/or Commercial contracts.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and government contracting processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor contract performance on major government contracts.
• Negotiate and administer agreements with customers/subcontractors ensuring policy compliance.
• Review contract terms, amendments, and identify issues.
• Provide contractual advice to IPTs and program managers.
• Prepare major price proposals and participate in export license processes.
