Zusammenfassung

Leonardo DRS Land Systems seeks a Senior Contracts Administrator to manage lifecycle of Government and Commercial contracts from proposal through administration. Based at Bridgeton, MO, with in-person or remote work options, the role guides IPTs on contractual issues and ensures compliance with government requirements.

Responsibilities include negotiating terms, drafting contracts, handling pricing proposals, and coordinating export license support, with a focus on risk management and policy

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience administering Prime US Government contracts, FMS contracts, and/or Commercial contracts.
• NCMA Certified Contracts Professional (CFCM, CPCM) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and government contracting processes.

Aufgaben

• Administer and monitor contract performance on major government contracts.
• Negotiate and administer agreements between company, customers, subcontractors and vendors.
• Review contract solicitation terms, handle award confirmations and identify issues.
• Provide contractual guidance to Integrated Product Teams and program managers.
• Prepare and analyze major price proposals and export license support.
• Monitor contract performance, cost controls and compliance.
• Prepare teaming agreements, MOUs, MOAs and other contractual documents.
• Support subcontract negotiation and management and assist with program reviews.
