Leonardo DRS Land Systems seeks a full-time Senior Contracts Administrator to manage the full lifecycle of Government and Commercial contracts from proposal through administration. Based in Bridgeton, MO, with an option for in-person or remote work, you’ll ensure compliance with specs, advise IP and data rights, and coordinate with Integrated Product Teams.

The role emphasizes negotiation, risk assessment, and adherence to company policy, FAR/DFARS, and evolving regulations while supporting cost

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required or related discipline.
• 5+ years of government or commercial contract administration experience.
• Deep knowledge of FAR/DFARS and contract types.
• Experience drafting, negotiating and reviewing contracts and POs.

Mansioni

• Administer and monitor contract performance on major government contracts.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with customers and subcontractors.
• Review solicitation terms and amendments; identify risks.
• Provide contractual guidance to program teams and leadership.
• Prepare and analyze major price proposals and export documents.
• Maintain internal/external customer relations and support special projects.
