Job summary

Leonardo DRS Land Systems is seeking a full-time Senior Contracts Administrator for our Bridgeton, MO facility, with in-person or remote options. You will manage the full lifecycle of government and commercial contracts, including proposals, negotiations, and ongoing administration.

You will provide strategic contractual guidance to Integrated Product Teams, review obligations, and ensure compliance with policies and government requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience administering Prime US Government contracts, FMS, and/or Commercial contracts.
• NCMA Certified Contracts Professional preferred or similar certifications.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS.
• Experience with government IP/data rights clauses and various contract types.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor contract performance on major government contracts.
• Negotiate and administer agreements with customers/subcontractors/vendors per policy.
• Review solicitation terms and amendments; advise on changes.
• Ensure compliance with government specs and contract terms.
• Prepare and analyze major price proposals and Truthful Cost or Pricing Data.
• Support export license applications and subcontract negotiations.
• Maintain internal/external relationships and provide contractual guidance to leaders.
