Job summary

Leonardo DRS Land Systems is seeking a full-time Senior Contracts Administrator. This role is based out of Bridgeton, MO with the option for in-person or remote work.

You will manage the full lifecycle of Government and Commercial contracts, including proposal development, negotiation and ongoing administration, ensuring compliance with company policies and government requirements. You will provide strategic contractual guidance to Integrated Product Teams, review terms, prepare pricing

Qualifications

• Experience administering Prime US Government contracts, FMS or Commercial contracts.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and government contracting processes.
• Experience with contract types (FFP, CPFF, CPIF, T&M, IDIQ).
• IP rights and data rights clauses knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with subcontract flow downs and close-out.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor performance on major government contracts.
• Negotiate terms and administer agreements with customers and subcontractors.
• Review solicitation terms, amendments and identify issues.
• Prepare and analyze major price proposals.
• Support export license applications and subcontract negotiations.
• Maintain internal and external customer relations and assist in proposals.
