Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with a commercial general contractor, including leadership in government or mission-critical construction
• Experience with public sector procurement, including technical proposals and preconstruction
• Design-build experience is highly desired
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex government facilities and managing project risk

Responsibilities

• Oversee government projects from preconstruction through turnover and closeout
• Lead estimating, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, contract negotiations, and risk management
• Mentor project managers and develop the next generation of leaders
• Manage multiple project teams and ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction
• Develop client relationships and pursue new government work
