Versar Global Solutions seeks a GovCon Pricing Manager to lead pricing operations, develop complex cost models, and drive compliant proposals for government contracts. This senior role focuses on enterprise pricing, governance, and collaboration with BD, contracts, and finance to win bids.

The position requires strong Excel skills, FAR/CAS knowledge, and 8+ years in federal pricing, with remote work supported and preference for candidates near Versar’s US offices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in federal proposal pricing.
• 2+ years of direct supervisory or team lead experience overseeing pricing analysts.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day pricing operations, pricing strategy and cost volume delivery across enterprise task orders, modifications, recompetes, and strategic new business opportunities.
• Develops complete pricing packages, including complex excel cost models, cost narratives and compliant government pricing deliverables.
• Develops, customizes, and executes robust pricing models tailored to specific RFP evaluation criteria and contract types (FFP, CPFF, CPAF, T&M).
• Implements pricing governance, review processes, and approval standards.
• Ensures full compliance with FAR, CAS, DCAA/DCMA audit expectations, and company policies.
