DLH Corp is seeking a Director of Pricing with GovCon experience to lead a pricing team and influence federal bids. You will shape pricing strategy, perform high-value cost analyses, and partner with executives to drive competitive, compliant proposals.

This remote role in the United States requires deep GovCon pricing expertise and a strong track record in complex procurements. Excellent Excel modeling and leadership are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Admin, or related field.
• 10 years in U.S. Government contractor pricing or related proposal pricing.
• Lead pricing on complex, high-value pursuits; mentoring others is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead pricing function, set priorities, and develop team members.
• Develop and execute pricing strategies for major bids and proposals.
• Guide RFP analysis, translate requirements into pricing approaches.
• Develop, review, and validate detailed pricing models and cost estimates.
• Present trade-offs and financial impacts to executives to aid decisions.
• Drive Price-to-Win activities and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS.
• Coach staff and collaborate with Finance, Contracts, Growth, and Ops.
