Job summary

Diné Development Corporation is seeking a Senior Proposal Pricing Analyst to lead pre-award proposal pricing for federal clients from RFP analysis through submission. You will develop cost/price volumes, BOEs, and pricing narratives, building complex models for direct labor and indirect rates while supporting Price-to-Win strategies.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in GovCon pricing, strong Excel modeling, and a deep understanding of FAR/DFARS regulations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of GovCon pre-award pricing experience
• Ability to work legally in the United States without sponsorship
• FAR/DFARS regulations familiarity

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-award proposal pricing efforts from RFP analysis to submission.
• Develop Cost/Price Volumes, BOEs, and narratives in compliance with solicitation requirements.
• Construct and maintain pricing models including direct labor and indirect rates.
• Support Price-to-Win (PTW) analysis and competitive pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with capture teams, account managers, and business units to gather inputs and develop pricing approaches.
• Coordinate with Contracts, Recruiting, HR, and Finance to ensure cost inputs are accurate.
• Lead pricing reviews and present financial data to executive leadership.
• Ensure all pricing activities comply with internal estimating systems and FAR/DFARS; maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Manage multiple pricing submissions under tight deadlines.
• Perform other related duties as assigned
