Job summary

DLH Corporation is seeking a Director of Pricing in Atlanta, GA to lead the pricing function for federal health and national security programs. You will shape pricing strategy, mentor a pricing team, and collaborate with Growth, Capture, Finance, Contracts, and Operations on complex bids and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting, Business Admin, Economics or related field
• 10 years of progressive U.S. Government contractor pricing or related proposal pricing
• Lead pricing efforts and mentor other pricing professionals; supervisory experience preferred
• Strong working knowledge of FAR/DFARS and DFARS Estimating System criteria
• Experience with Price-to-Win, bid/no-bid decisions, and complex pricing analyses

Responsibilities

• Lead DLH’s pricing function including strategy, priorities, and team development
• Develop pricing strategies for major, complex bids and proposals; lead cost-volume analyses
• Guide RFP analysis translating requirements, solutions, competitive intel into pricing
• Develop, validate, and review detailed pricing models and narratives
• Lead Price-to-Win activities and present recommendations to executives
• Ensure compliance with RFPs, policies, FAR/DFARS requirements
• Support recompete pipeline by protecting margin while remaining competitive
• Build pricing policies, templates, models, controls, and best practices
• Coach pricing staff and cross-train for coverage across pricing function
• Collaborate with Finance, Contracts, Growth, and Operations on costs and risks
• Manage multiple pricing efforts with early risk identification
