Qualifications

• 8+ years as Financial Analyst in GOVCON environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Strong financial analysis and reporting experience including program-level P&L management.
• Hands-on with large-scale cost-type contracts (DoD or similar).
• Experience with Cost Plus, Fixed Price, and T&M contracts; pricing support for large Cost-Plus programs.
• Knowledge of CAS, FAR, GAAP.
• Experience forecasting and budgeting cadence.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis and guidance to support decision-making and improve performance.
• Produce timely financial reports including program P&L, trend and variance analyses, monthly packages.
• Manage monthly rolling forecast and lead annual budgeting.
• Support PMO with planning, forecasting, and invoicing for contract deliverables.
• Assist with ROM estimates and option-year pricing for large programs.
• Track subcontractor spending and funding; ensure alignment with contracts.
