Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• MBA or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is preferred.
• CPA designation is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy and plan.
• Lead long-term financial planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Oversee accounting operations including general ledger, AP, AR, and payroll.
• Ensure timely financial reporting and GAAP compliance.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance.
• Provide strategic insights to the CEO and executive team.
