Job summary

Unanet is seeking a Senior Customer Account Executive to drive growth within our GovCon customer base. You will become a trusted advisor to key accounts and deliver value through strategic expansion and relationship-building.

You will collaborate with sales, professional services, and customer success teams to ensure customer success, forecast opportunities, and meet ambitious quotas. Travel up to 30% is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ enterprise software sales experience.
• Demonstrated track record of exceeding quota.
• Credible and trusted presence with customer executives and stakeholders.
• Ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, Marketing.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Drive expansion revenue by prospecting into existing customer accounts and selling solution-based offerings.
• Meet or exceed individual quota targets.
• Develop account plans to expand relationships within GovCon customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful outcomes.
