Job summary

TechnoMile, an AI-powered GovCon platform company, is seeking a Sr. Sales Engineer in an in-office role with remote/hybrid options. You will bridge Growth and Contracts Suites, serving as technical champion for prospects from Fortune 500 to small businesses.

As the Sr. Sales Engineer, you'll lead technical sales demonstrations, tailor solutions to regulatory and IT environments (NIST 800-171, CMMC, FedRAMP), and work with ERP/CRM integrations.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in B2B software technical sales or sales engineering.
Proven track record in software sales to government/defense sectors is preferred.
Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
Experience with CLM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead technical sales activities with prospect engagements.
Demonstrate Growth and Contracts Suite products to prospects.
Present technical and business aspects to a C-Level audience.
Partner with Account Executives to develop technical sales strategies.
Lead technical discussions during the sales process and respond to RFPs.
Serve as the primary technical advisor during the sales cycle for GovCon customers.
