Job summary

Staffing Spot, Inc. seeks a Senior Migration SME to lead end-to-end migrations for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. You will develop detailed strategies, assess environments, and drive cutovers with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in enterprise IT, deep hands-on migration experience, and strong communication to manage stakeholders and ensure security/compliance during transitions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise IT or migration engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 migrations.
• Experience leading or supporting large-scale enterprise migrations.
• Knowledge of Gmail, Drive, Shared Drives, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams.
• Understanding of AD/Entra ID, SSO, MFA and identity synchronization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical SME for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 migration projects.
• Lead enterprise-scale migrations including Gmail, Drive, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online.
• Develop migration strategies, plans, timelines, and technical approaches.
• Perform readiness assessments and identify blockers and risks.
• Troubleshoot email, calendars, identities, and data integrity issues.
• Create runbooks, documentation, and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams; ensure security/compliance.
