Job summary

TTC, Inc. is seeking a Google Workspace Developer to lead the migration of legacy Microsoft environments to Google Workspace and related tools.

You will architect, implement, and optimize workflows across Sheets, AppSheet, and Looker Studio while ensuring security and governance. The role requires 3+ years of hands-on Google Workspace experience, proficiency with AppSheet and Looker Studio, and the ability to translate complex Power Platform workstreams into native Google solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CS/IT with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Deep hands-on admin/config/solutions within Google Workspace Enterprise.
• Proven AppSheet development from relational data with custom UX views, triggers, and security filters.
• Looker Studio dashboards and Sheets data modeling for large datasets.
• Experience analyzing SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps architectures.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace security, DLP, and OAuth app controls.
• Eligibility for US Public Trust clearance (US citizen or permanent resident).

Responsibilities

• Re-architect legacy SharePoint sites, document libraries, and Power Platform tools into Google Workspace equivalents, including AppSheet, Google Sites, Shared Drives, and Apps Script.
• Translate and rebuild Power Automate multi-stage approvals, automated triggers, and integrations using Apps Script, AppSheet automations, and Workspace webhooks.
• Migrate low-code Power Apps into Google AppSheet apps with role-based access control and relational data handling.
• Transition and optimize Excel/Access models and SharePoint Lists into Google Sheets and BigQuery backends with advanced formulas.
• Replicate Power BI dashboards into Looker Studio with direct connections to Sheets, BigQuery, and third-party APIs.
• Design and implement granular access controls across Shared Drives, Sites, and Apps to meet security/governance policies.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation and user-enablement materials to support organizational change management.
