Job summary

Aether Biomedical seeks an experienced IT Project/Program Manager to steer the MOVE project, a global digital workplace migration from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365. You will act as the operational bridge between the MOVE integration stream and HR partners in People & Culture, coordinating input, supporting planning, and validating execution throughout the migration lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT Project/Program Management, Change Management, or IT Business Partnering within a complex, global matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate migration planning input from MOVE and P&C teams and support execution and validation.
• Maintain RAID log and monitor risks, actions, issues, and decisions across the migration lifecycle.
• Drive change impact assessment and business continuity planning to ensure zero disruption at go-live.
