Job summary
Jolera seeks a Microsoft 365 Migration Engineer to lead complex migration projects for clients. You will coordinate Google Workspace to M365, Exchange on-premises to Online, and tenant-to-tenant migrations, ensuring clear client communication and high-quality documentation.
The role requires the ability to manage multiple migrations with minimal downtime, deliver detailed technical designs, and provide post‑migration support to clients in an Eastern Time zone.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of Microsoft 365 administration experience.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert certification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Experience leading migration projects with stakeholders.
- Strong technical documentation experience.
Responsibilities
- Plan, document, and execute Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 migrations.
- Migrate Exchange On-premises to Exchange Online.
- Perform M365 tenant-to-tenant migrations and SharePoint migrations.
- Lead client workshops and technical discovery sessions.
- Create migration runbooks, design documents, risk mitigation plans, and user templates.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide post-migration support.
