Job summary

Miratech, a leading global IT services and consulting company, seeks a Senior Google CCAIP Engineer to design, configure, and validate customer contact center solutions on Google's CCAI platform. You will implement DTMF IVR menus, call flows, and routing while ensuring thorough testing and clear documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building IVR solutions on CCaaS platforms in production environments.
• 2+ years hands-on with Google Cloud Contact Center AI Platform (CCAIP).
• Strong understanding of DTMF IVR configuration, including menu hierarchies and timeouts.
• Experience configuring queues, routing rules, fallbacks, overflow and transfers.
• Experience developing integrations using platform APIs, webhooks, or SDKs.
• Experience implementing multilingual contact center solutions and working with CRM integrations.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure DTMF IVR menu structures in Google CCaaI Platform, including hierarchies and prompts.
• Configure IVR messaging, greetings, language selection, invalid-input handling and after-hours messages.
• Implement call flows and routing configurations with queue assignments and fallback rules.
• Configure integrations with CRM systems, virtual agents, and Agent Assist components.
• Develop and execute test cases covering IVR paths, routing, transfers, timeouts, and edge cases; support UAT.
• Maintain traceability between requirements and configurations; prepare runbooks and diagrams.
