Job summary

Miratech is seeking a Senior Genesys IVR Developer to join our team in Canada. You will develop and maintain IVR systems, focusing on advanced voice and multimedia interfaces using Genesys Composer, GRAT, and GRE, while integrating AI features and ensuring smooth deployments.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on IVR development, strong NLP/NLU/ML background, and CI/CD practices with Git, Jenkins and Maven. Collaboration with architects, engineers, analysts and QA will be essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Genesys IVR development with Composer, GRAT and GRE.
• Strong experience with conversational AI: NLP, NLU, ML.
• Proficient in CI/CD with Git, Jenkins and Maven.
• Experience integrating REST/SOAP web services.
• Familiarity with Azure Bot Services and Microsoft Bot Framework.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IVR code based on predefined requirements.
• Design, implement and support complex IVR solutions for voice and multimedia interfaces.
• Integrate Dialog modules for voice recognition, AI, and authentication processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, analyze logs, and identify root causes.
• Collaborate with Architects, Engineers, Analysts, QA and cross-functional teams.
