Job summary

Miratech is seeking a specialized role in the United States to design and implement cloud contact center solutions using Google CCAI. You will build DTMF IVR menus, routing logic, and integrate CRM systems with virtual agents and agent desktops to deliver seamless customer experiences.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in CCaaS, 2+ years with Google CCAI, and a proven ability to support testing, UAT, and documentation. Relocation and health insurance are offered as part of the package.
