Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Google Ads Specialist to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You’ll drive targeting, budgets, and narratives when clients ask why, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You will own paid media across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, manage budgets, bid strategies, testing, and robust conversion tracking to report on outcomes and plan future growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Demonstrated ROAS, CPA or pipeline improvements with data you can show.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for assigned client books.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting, and creative testing; decide when to kill a campaign.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking: GA4, Tag Manager, platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present the story behind the numbers.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term relationships.
