Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Google Ads Specialist who will own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You’ll drive targeting, budgets, roadmap, and narrative in client calls.

You bring 3+ years hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta, a track record of ROAS improvement, agency multi-client work, and clear English with US clients on live calls. Remote role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta, building and optimizing campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements with client walkthrough.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency setting.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and campaign optimization.
• Conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
