Job summary

Adaptiq is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to own features across frontend and backend, building scalable Go services and React/TypeScript applications. You’ll design APIs, integrate with external services, and guide production-grade delivery in a fast-paced environment.

You will influence architecture, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and work autonomously in a remote, distributed setup with modern AI-assisted tooling to boost productivity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience across frontend and backend.
• Strong production experience with React and TypeScript.
• Backend engineering experience with Go or other modern server-side technologies.
• Experience designing and delivering production-grade APIs.
• Strong understanding of distributed applications, APIs, cloud environments, and modern software delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of product features from requirements to deployment and production support.
• Develop modern customer-facing web applications using React and TypeScript.
• Design and build scalable backend services and APIs within a distributed architecture.
• Work with internal and external integrations to enable automated product capabilities.
• Make architectural decisions related to scalability, performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Contribute to modernization and evolution of an established production platform.
• Operate in a continuous-delivery environment and ensure production readiness.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and other engineers to deliver effective technical solutions.
• Proactively communicate progress, blockers, risks, and proposed solutions within a distributed team.
