Job summary

Form3 is seeking several Senior Software Developers contractors to join our US Payments engineering team from Canada (Ontario). You'll design, build and test high-volume payments infrastructure in Go on our cloud-native platform, delivering Zelle and Fedwire capabilities and ensuring security and resilience.

You will collaborate with Product and Engineering, own end-to-end initiatives, contribute to technical design, and improve monitoring, deployment readiness and runbooks.

Qualifications

• Strong experience designing distributed systems.
• Go expertise with production-grade systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms and containerization.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and test automation.
• Ability to own projects end-to-end.
• Excellent communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement US payments gateway features in Go.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to refine requirements.
• Contribute to technical design and platform architecture.
• Improve resilience, performance, monitoring and observability.
• Support release readiness and production deployments.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation.
• Ensure alignment with Form3 security standards.
