Job summary

PROLIM Corporation seeks a senior Guidance, Navigation & Control (GNC) Engineer to support Northrop Grumman’s Space Sector in Chandler, AZ. The role focuses on developing and evaluating GNC solutions for aircraft, spacecraft, missiles, and launch vehicles in a challenging aerospace environment.

You will lead the design and testing of GNC software, maintain 6-DOF simulations, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams across engineering, integration, and test.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance is required.
• Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Senior-level experience with GNC design, development, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and testing of GNC software and simulation toolchains.
• Develop 6-DOF simulations for flight algorithm design and validation.
• Analyze and implement guidance, navigation, and control algorithms.
• Perform trajectory analysis to evaluate mission performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration and testing.
• Mentor junior engineers and present technical results to leadership.
