Job summary

Vast Space LLC seeks a Senior GNC Engineer in Long Beach, CA, to lead guidance, navigation, and control for next-generation spacecraft. Responsibilities include developing GNC algorithms and defining performance requirements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of spacecraft GNC or ADCS development experience required.
• Comfortable working from architecture trades through flight software implementation.
• Experience with actuator sizing and control allocation.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop GNC algorithms for satellite bus.
• Engage with payload customers on pointing and stability requirements.
• Run Monte Carlo analysis to demonstrate pointing performance.
