Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a GMP Maintenance Technician III to support a Vertex Manufacturing facility, ensuring minimal downtime and GMP audit readiness. You will perform maintenance per SOPs and document activities in Nuvolo CMMS, while building reliability of critical utilities and systems.

You will work with BMS Metasys, read P&ID drawings, and coordinate with Manufacturing and Quality teams, with on-call rotations and a strong emphasis on safety and GMP compliance.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years experience.
• Hands-on experience with electrical, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment maintenance, and operations.
• Experience with operating BMS and CMMS.
• Knowledge of Pharmaceutical and Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing Equipment, general GxP, and other applicable regulations including OSHA.
• Experience with Job Hazard Analysis and Lock out Tag out.
• Physical abilities include but not limited to, lifting objects up to 50lbs, able to be on feet all day, climb steps and ladders as required by job.

Responsibilities

• Complete work requests, maintenance projects, and operational assignments with minimal supervision.
• Escort vendor and ensure compliance with SOP.
• Be proficient in the operation of the automation systems (BMS Metasys), and understand the sequences required for proper building operations.
• Responsible for system monitoring and alarm responses.
• Effectively work with cross departmental stakeholders to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
• Apply GEP (Good Engineering Practice) to trouble shoot facility, equipment or system issues.
