Job summary

Par Health is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the manufacturing facility team. You will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in a GMP environment, performing preventive and corrective maintenance while documenting work in a CMMS system.

The role requires 1–3 years of mechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing, with familiarity with CMMS (Maximo) being a plus.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.
1–3 years of mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment; pharmaceutical experience preferred.
Working knowledge of pumps, gearboxes, mechanical seals, alignment, lubrication, welding, and precision maintenance techniques.
Ability to read blueprints, use hand tools and measuring devices, and troubleshoot equipment independently.
Experience with CMMS systems such as Maximo is a plus.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in a GMP manufacturing environment.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and document work in a CMMS system.
Support equipment reliability initiatives and follow all safety and compliance requirements.
Ensure tools and test equipment are calibrated and maintained; troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
Collaborate with operations to minimize downtime and optimize maintenance activities.
