NexCaps Facilities in Riviera Beach, FL is seeking a 2nd shift Senior Manufacturing Mechanic (3pm–12am) to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair GMP-regulated production equipment. The role supports product quality, safety, and reliability, while mentoring junior mechanics and engaging in audits and continuous improvement.

Qualified candidates will have an Associate degree or technical certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, 5+ years’ GMP maintenance experience, and

Qualificações

• Associate’s degree or technical certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical or industrial maintenance within a GMP-regulated environment.
• Deep knowledge of cGMP standards, FDA regulations, and safety protocols.

Responsabilidades

• Leads preventive and corrective maintenance across equipment, utilities, and support systems.
• Troubleshoots mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
• Reviews and approves maintenance documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Mentors and trains junior mechanics, providing technical guidance and feedback.
