Job summary

ODW Logistics, Inc. seeks a General Manager III to lead a large, high-volume distribution center. You will drive safety, customer relations, operational oversight, and P&L performance while guiding teams in continuous improvement projects and business development.

You will oversee planning, KPI reporting, and multi-customer coordination, ensuring budgets are met and service quality is maximized across the operation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of management experience in a large, high-volume environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Must currently be a General Manager for a 3PL provider.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting with multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills; MS Office proficient.
• Hands-on with staff development, facility layout, inventory management and P&L.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and scheduling of distribution centers to meet customer needs efficiently.
• Lead safety, training, cost reduction and performance improvement programs.
• Coordinate KPI reporting and monthly performance reviews for clients.
• Support RFQ responses with conceptual solutions and design input.
• Manage cost-effective operations to hit budgets and optimize resources.
• Ensure strong customer relationships and drive business development.
• Maintain accountability for P&L and drive continuous improvement.
