ODW Logistics, a people-focused 3PL, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead high-volume facilities in Ohio. The role emphasizes safety, performance, and customer satisfaction, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and team development.

The position requires experience in multi‑shift operations, P&L oversight, and collaborating with clients and senior management to deliver reliable warehousing, distribution, and fulfillment services.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years management experience.
• Experience with a Third-Party Logistics Provider.
• College degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Expert in Warehouse Management Systems.
• Project management experience.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads, coordinates best practices, technology enhancements, cost‑effective solutions and improvement projects.
• Maximizes productivity, quality, and service across operations using layout, methods and metrics.
• Reports on business plan objectives vs. actual results to senior management and clients.
• Develops front-line leaders and talent within the team.
• Ensures safety and efficiency per customer and employer procedures.
• Conducts start-up meetings, training and status reporting.
• Serves as main contact for customer relations and supports business development.
• Controls expenditures through approvals and monitoring.
