Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Manager, Global Transfer Pricing to develop and manage the company’s TP strategy, policies, compliance, and operational processes. The role partners with Tax, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, and leaders to ensure OECD-aligned documentation and regulatory compliance.

The position supports TP compliance, tax planning initiatives, and cross-functional projects with a strong focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field required.
• 8+ years of combined transfer pricing, international tax, or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of OECD transfer pricing principles and documentation.
• Experience supporting audits, controversy matters, and planning initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain global transfer pricing policies.
• Manage global TP compliance, documentation, and reporting across jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and advisors for TP filings and intercompany agreements.
• Monitor TP results, identify gaps, and support TP model execution.
• Assist in audits, APAs, and controversy responses; support strategic initiatives.
