Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Manager of Global Transfer Pricing for a hybrid role based in Portage, MI; Flower Mound, TX; or Mahwah, NJ. The position partners with Tax, Finance, Accounting, and Supply Chain to design and maintain global TP policies, ensure documentation, and support TP audits.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in transfer pricing with strong Excel skills and knowledge of OECD guidelines; domestic and international tax experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of combined transfer pricing and related experience.
• Strong knowledge of OECD transfer pricing principles and documentation requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of global transfer pricing policies and strategies.
• Manage global transfer pricing compliance, including documentation and reporting obligations across jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors for timely transfer pricing filings and audits.
• Develop financial models and governance processes for transfer pricing reporting.
