Job summary

DuPont seeks a Director of Transfer Pricing to lead the global TP strategy, policy development, and operational implementation. You will own intercompany pricing, documentation, and controversy management while partnering with Finance, Legal, and Business leaders to support growth and compliance.

You will guide TP planning for acquisitions and restructurings, monitor OECD guidance, and drive automation within the TP function.

Qualifications

• Deep technical knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and global transfer pricing regulations.
• Experience designing and implementing transfer pricing policies across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience managing global transfer pricing documentation programs and audits.
• Strong understanding of Pillar Two, BEPS, Subpart F, GILTI and related taxes.

Responsibilities

• Lead global transfer pricing strategy and planning to support business growth and tax objectives.
• Oversee documentation of Master/Local Files, benchmarking studies, and regulatory filings.
• Manage audits and APAs/MAPs, and coordinate with authorities worldwide.
• Build and lead a high-performing global transfer pricing team and align with finance and business leaders.
