Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Manager, Global Transfer Pricing to design, implement, and manage our global transfer pricing policies and compliance. This role partners with Tax, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure documentation and reporting align with OECD guidelines and local rules.

The position supports audits, controversy matters, and tax planning, while mentoring team members and driving continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of combined transfer pricing, international tax, public accounting, or multinational corporate tax experience.
• Strong knowledge of OECD transfer pricing principles and global compliance obligations.
• Experience supporting transfer pricing audits and tax planning initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain global transfer pricing policies aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Manage global transfer pricing compliance, documentation, and reporting across jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors for timely transfer pricing filings and documentation.
• Monitor results, identify gaps, and support adjustments.
