BD, a global medical technology leader, seeks a Senior Director of Transfer Pricing to shape and operate our worldwide TP strategy. The role drives policy, governance and strategic decisions across markets, acquisitions and restructurings while advancing automation, AI and data capabilities.

You will partner with Tax, Finance and Business units to ensure compliant, scalable TP processes and effective dispute management in a dynamic, innovative environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading global transfer pricing strategy and governance.
• Ability to advise senior leadership on material transfer pricing risks and opportunities.
• Experience with tax examinations and disputes.
• Experience with automation, AI, and data analytics in transfer pricing.

• Lead the global transfer pricing strategy, policies and operating model.
• Understand business, product and supply chain developments and their transfer pricing implications.
• Provide strategic leadership for transformations, acquisitions, divestitures and restructurings.
• Oversee transfer pricing documentation, economic analyses and governance.
• Lead the transfer pricing aspects of significant audits and disputes.
• Drive automation and data-enabled improvements across TP processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Controllership, Treasury and business units.
