Job summary

DuPont is seeking a Director of Transfer Pricing to lead the global TP strategy, policy development, documentation, and controversy management. You will partner across Finance, Supply Chain, Legal and Tax to align TP with the company’s operating model and strategic initiatives.

The role oversees annual TP processes, intercompany pricing, governance, and reporting, while guiding acquisitions, restructurings and IP planning. Requires 8+ years in TP within multinational settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, law, tax or related field.
• Advanced degree (MA/MS/PhD/JD/LLM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of global transfer pricing strategy and planning initiatives.
• Oversee intercompany pricing models, policy implementation and documentation.
• Manage transfer pricing compliance, controversy, audits, and APA/MAP opportunities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Legal and Tax teams to align with business strategy.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and data analytics in TP functions.
• Provide strategic guidance on acquisitions, restructurings and IP planning.
