Job summary

Valiant Integrated Services, LLC seeks a Global Trade Compliance Manager to lead and administer export control, sanctions, and customs compliance for the organization. The role requires oversight of policies, authorizations, and regulatory guidance to support global business activities.

The candidate will liaise with regulators, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams while ensuring robust internal controls and ongoing monitoring of export laws and enforcement actions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of global trade compliance experience with DoD/intelligence community exposure.
• Experience drafting and submitting export licenses and ITAR/EAR guidance.
• Experience with U.S. government systems like SNAP-R, ACE (AES), DECCS.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Empowered Official and oversee export compliance policies and procedures.
• Assess new business opportunities and determine global trade compliance requirements.
• Draft, submit, and manage export licenses, agreements, and exemptions.
• Advise senior leadership on complex transactions and regulatory implementation.
• Develop internal export controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
