Versigent is seeking an experienced Global Trade Compliance Manager to lead and strengthen our U.S. trade compliance program while supporting international import and export operations. This role acts as the subject matter expert on customs regulations, tariffs, and global trade requirements.

Qualifications

Breadth of knowledge in U.S. import/export regulations and CBP requirements.
Experience identifying and mitigating compliance risks across global trade operations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

Lead and manage the company's U.S. import and export compliance program.
Ensure compliance with CBP regulations, import/export laws, and global trade requirements.
Serve as the subject matter expert for tariffs, trade regulations, and customs compliance.
Identify duty savings opportunities through USMCA, Free Trade Agreements, and other trade programs.
Partner with supply chain, procurement, logistics, and leadership teams to assess trade impacts and compliance risks.
Oversee customs documentation, classification, valuation, and country-of-origin requirements.
Support audits, compliance reporting, and continuous process improvements.
Develop and deliver trade compliance training across the organization.
