Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems (NGDS) is hiring an experienced Manager 2, Global Trade to lead the Advanced Weapons Business Unit’s Global Trade team. Based in NGDS offices nationwide, you will guide ITAR/EAR compliance and licensing strategy, and oversee training and policy implementation.

You will drive key export control initiatives, maintain regulatory awareness, and collaborate with Law, Contracts, and Programs to ensure compliant global trade operations while supporting business

Qualifications

• Must have extensive international trade compliance experience with ITAR/EAR.
• Ability to lead a team and manage cross-functional units.
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manages a team of Global Trade professionals.
• Serves as Empowered Official for regulatory compliance and licensing.
• Prepare export authorization packages as needed.
• Drives metrics and provides guidance on regulatory obligations.
