Job summary

Viasat is seeking a techno-functional professional to oversee daily time and attendance operations, integrating Oracle OTL, Infor WFM, and related interfaces across regions.

You will gather requirements, configure pay rules, and develop SQL/PL/SQL scripts while generating OBIEE and Cognos reports to ensure payroll accuracy.

This site-based role requires U.S. citizenship and 4–5 years of experience in multi-country environments, with a focus on global data harmonization.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of techno-functional experience in time-and-labor systems.
• US citizenship is required.
• Strong Oracle OTL and Oracle EBS experience with integrations.
• Familiar with Infor WFM, UKG, and Workday.
• Proficient in SQL/PL/SQL troubleshooting.
• Experience with OBIEE and Cognos reporting.
• Strong requirements gathering and pay rules setup.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of time and attendance systems and ensure smooth timecard processing.
• Troubleshoot interfaces, utilities, and SQL/PL/SQL scripts to ensure data flow.
• Drive global data harmonization across Oracle OTL, Infor WFM, and other apps.
• Configure timecards, pay rules, and system solutions for international environments.
• Create and run OBIEE and Cognos reports to track payroll integrity.
