Job summary

Bank of America in Boston seeks a senior banking professional to serve as the primary adviser to Global Commercial Banking clients in the Technology & Sponsors team. You will manage a portfolio, deepen key relationships and coordinate with Product Specialists to deliver tailored financial solutions.

The role emphasizes cross-divisional collaboration, deep industry knowledge in technology, and leadership in client engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in Commercial Lending or Investment Banking.
• Proven ability to manage a large client portfolio.
• Strong sales skills including planning, execution and follow-up of client meetings.
• Financial modeling experience and basic credit training required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Experience with Technology clients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages an extensive portfolio of complex clients and prospects with annual revenues of $50 million to $2 billion and helps companies save, borrow, and invest for their current and future needs.
• Acquires, deepens, and maintains profitable client relationships through sales, prospecting, and enhancing existing relationships.
• Understands and interprets financial and cash flow statements to assess and analyze financial conditions of companies and industry trends.
• Collaborates with domestic and international teammates throughout the bank and facilitates client relationships with Product Specialists to deliver financial solutions.
• Leads and facilitates dialogue with a variety of complex clients and prospects regarding industry, capital structures, and business issues.
• Coaches and mentors peers, while utilizing leadership skills.
• Adapts to changes in sales practices and broader market and industry conditions as needed.
