Job summary

Dow Inc. seeks a Senior Supply Chain Scheduling Specialist to optimize supply for multiple sites, balancing demand with plant constraints and inventory targets. You will lead regional planning, coordinate internal demand and external suppliers while addressing capacity limits and disruptions.

The role requires a Bachelor's (or military equivalent), 2+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency in SAP with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills. Relocation assistance is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience as specified.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Generate a time-phased supply schedule to meet business needs and service targets.
• Determine regional or global sourcing rules and implement manufacturing agreements.
• Own site or regional planning models and ensure efficient information use.
• Coordinate internal demand, utilities and environmental operations at the location.
• Monitor inventory levels and address supply issues promptly.
• Collaborate with customer service, manufacturing, logistics and partners during unplanned events.
• Maintain production parameters and master data for effective planning.
• Support global supply chain initiatives with cross-functional teams.
