Dow Inc. seeks a Senior Supply Chain Scheduling Specialist to orchestrate time-phased supply for multiple production sites, balancing demand and inventory while aligning with regional and global sourcing rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience at a U.S. E6 rank or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or higher is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsabilités

• Generates a time-phased supply schedule to fulfill business requirements in the short-term, considering plant-wide constraints and service targets.
• Determines and/or executes effective regional or global sourcing rules.
• Implements external manufacturing agreements or executes agreements already in place.
• Owns and operates site or regional planning models and ensures efficient use of information technology.
• Serves as site coordinator/planner for integration of internal demand and operations.
• Monitors inventory levels and ensures volumes meet the plan.
• Addresses supply issues such as capacity constraints or shortages.
• Leads collaboration with customer service, manufacturing, logistics, and partners during unplanned events.
• Maintains production parameters and master data for effective planning.
• Supports global supply chain initiatives with other supply chain personnel.
