Job summary

Dow is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Scheduling Specialist in Midland, MI. You will decide what, when and where to supply for multiple production sites, balancing supply and demand to optimize product availability and service levels.

The role requires SAP or OMP OP R experience, APICS certification, and the ability to lead cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities include generating time-phased schedules, managing regional/global sourcing rules, and maintaining site planning models while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience at a U.S. E6 rank or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or higher.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Generates a time-phased supply schedule to fulfill business requirements in the short-term, considering plant-wide constraints and customer service targets.
• Determines and/or executes the most effective regional or global sourcing rules.
• Implements external manufacturing agreements or executes agreements already in place.
• Owns and operates site or regional planning models and ensures efficient use of information technology.
• Serves as a local site coordinator/planner for integration of internal demand and operations.
• Monitors inventory levels and ensures alignment with the plan.
• Leads collaboration with customer service, manufacturing, logistics, and partners to manage unplanned events.
