Job summary

Dow is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Scheduling Specialist in Midland, MI. You will balance supply and demand across multiple sites, optimize inventory and service levels, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business commitments.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or military experience (US E6 or Canadian PO2), 2+ years in supply chain scheduling, and US work authorization. SAP/OMP experience and APICS certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience (U.S. E6 or Canadian PO2) required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Generate time-phased supply schedules to meet short-term business requirements.
• Determine and apply regional/global sourcing rules.
• Implement external manufacturing agreements or enforce existing ones.
• Own site/regional planning models and ensure efficient use of information technology.
• Coordinate internal demand, utilities, and environmental operations at the site.
• Track inventory levels and ensure alignment with the plan.
• Identify and address supply constraints and product shortages.
• Lead collaboration with customer service, manufacturing, logistics, and partners.
• Maintain production parameters and master data; ensure governance.
