Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Scheduling Specialist in Midland, MI. You will balance supply and demand across multiple plants, develop time-phased schedules, and optimize inventory and service levels for our global operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or military equivalent), at least 2 years of relevant experience, and familiarity with SAP. APICS certification and strong collaboration skills are preferred as you lead cross-functional planning efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant supply chain experience required.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship offered.

Responsibilities

• Generates a time-phased supply schedule to meet short-term needs while considering plant constraints.
• Determines regional/global sourcing rules and executes manufacturing agreements.
• Owns planning models and coordinates internal demand at the site level.
• Tracks inventory and prioritizes issues to maintain service targets.
• Leads cross-functional collaboration with CS, manufacturing, logistics and partners.
